Successfully Engaging with People 

All relationships take time to develop, including those with the people who we support. For many, receiving a health and social care service is a difficult thing to accept, and they may find it difficult to trust us. The first step to breaking down this barrier will always be the ability to communicate, and this course explores a number of options for doing this effectively.   Like all of Vector Training's courses, passing a quiz will enable the learner to download a certificate suitable for inductees and staff undertaking refresher training. The course is also mapped to the relevant outcomes of QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care, so the learner can return to the course at a later stage to help them through their Apprenticeship programme.
