Individuality and Positive Relationships

This wide-ranging course takes a deep dive into the world of Support Working, looking at the ways in which a service should be built around individuals' needs, wishes and preferences. The unique knowledge and relationships that a Support Worker builds with individuals is key to individuals' Wellbeing, and is thoroughly explored here.  Like all of Vector Training's courses, passing a quiz will enable the learner to download a certificate suitable for inductees and staff undertaking refresher training. The course is also mapped to the relevant outcomes of QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care, so the learner can return to the course at a later stage to help them through their Apprenticeship programme.
