About the course
When we hear about investigations into health and social care services, a common theme is that better outcomes could have been achieved if information had been shared proficiently. This course, which is fully mapped to the requirements of the Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2, takes te learner through the reasons for accurately recording and reporting information. It also builds on the knowledge acquired from previous learning about person-centredness, and how this is achieved through the consistency that comes through good record-keeping
