Reducing Food-Borne Risk 

This informative course takes the learner through the hazards that can occur when preparing and serving meals to people who may be particularly vulnerable to food-borne infection.  Like all of Vector Training's courses, passing a quiz will enable the learner to download a certificate suitable for inductees and staff undertaking refresher training. The course is also mapped to the relevant outcomes of QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care, so the learner can return to the course at a later stage to help them through their Apprenticeship programme
